I think we are in for a busy day. This morning we played at home for a bit. Nicole was a little screamy for some reason. All of a sudden she opened the garage for no reason. I was a little upset as the garage is not a toy. She cried a bit. I think she needed to cry or something because after crying she was an angel. She even came up to me and said “I am sorry for opening the garage”. I was so impressed about her saying sorry on her own, what a big girl. She wanted to wear her Cinderella dress today. I probably mentioned this before but just in case-Justin planted some seeds at pre school and we were told they were beans. We planted them in our veggie are and this is what we got:
Big huge sunflowers, you can click on the pic to see it all.
We walked over to our neighbors to take pics of some furniture. The kids were so excited to see Zoe. Zoe took Nicole’s shoe and they were laughing so hard, so cute. They both didn’t want to leave Zoe and her house as they were having so much fun playing with the dog. Good thing we can go visit anytime. Got a couple pics of the kid when we got home:
Then we headed to the Spectrum with our playgroup to play in fountains. The kids had a blast. Nicole was loving being with Sarah, so sweet. Nicole wanted to do everything Sarah did and eat the same things, etc. We all had lunch together.
Then all the kiddos went back in the fountains. I really enjoyed just watching them. I was hoping we would have time to come home but we needed to head to a friend’s house to help with her kids. This is my friend who has cancer, she had her last chemo this week and is well on her way to recovery. Nicole was so excited to be with Lexie. Lexie and Nicole were pretending to be kittens and Justin was the dog. We had a good time but had to find some creative play. The kids all did a parade around the house with musical instruments then all the cushions off the couch. The kids jumped on the cushions and pretended to surf. Next was hide n seek and we went outside for a bit. The kids had fun playing with all the new toys. Nicole was so sad to be leaving. We went out for a quick dinner, no time to cook. After dinner we went to preschool to return the computer and pick up phone messages. The kids played so well. They played in the sand pretending to make gingerbread houses. They also got all the blocks out and made a street and wanted to walk on it. I felt so bad as we needed to leave and they had just finished their street. They cleaned up so well. Both kids were really tired so we read a few books and off to bed.
