Much more mellow day today. This morning we headed over to the Katie Wheeler Library as they had a magician/juggler/entertainer, Abbit the Average. A lot of our friends were also there so that made it all the more fun. The kids loved it. Just watching them smile and giggle was great. They really liked the juggling and even tried it at home 🙂 Justin laughed so hard when they guy had flowers and they were taking a bow-the guy would tell the yellow one to take a bow and the red one would do it instead. I couldn’t see Nicole’s face as she was on my lap but she liked it too. Watching Justin was a riot and seeing his dimples, oh so cute. We stayed and played with our friends for a bit and went inside the library. We read some books and colored. One of the kid’s friends made a paper airplane and Justin just loved it. His friend made one for Justin as well and Justin was calling it a rocket.  We had a great morning and came home and made some lunch. Then the kiddos took the longest bath ever. They had so much fun in the tub I just let them stay in. It felt like we spent the day at Katie Wheeler Library as we went back for story time and craft. They were reading books about the 4th of July and the kids made a flag for the craft. I hung the pictures above the fireplace and the kids had a big smile on their faces. We got home and just played out front. The kids were happily doing chalk, they made sure every brick in the driveway had chalk on it. I was able to get some gardening done as well. The kids were horrified that daddy parked his car over their chalk-ha. He ended up moving his car and got another big daddy greeting. The kids get so excited when he gets home. We continued to play outside, the kids drove their cars and scooters. Dad set up the cones outside. We ate dinner out in the backyard.  I think this is the first time we have done that since redoing the backyward. It was fun and the kids liked it too. Justin was a bit distracted while eating as his squirt bottle was right there, oh well. The kids got their umbrellas and wanted it to rain. I was using a squirt bottle but dad came through with a much better idea. He wrapped the hose on the patio cover and the kids got under it thus rain.

They had a great time, really loved it. Upstairs dad read lots of books. Nicole really helped clean up downstairs so she got to pick the first book. I told the kids some stories and they are asleep. Dad ran out to go pick up a package from UPS.
